Job Description:
Our Home Health Care agency is looking for RN's to complete
healthcare assessments and to work as a care manger on the Cancer
Genetic Testing Team. Responsibilities will include assessing
patient for home care services with supervisory visits and
completing genetic testing from approved order from physician. RN
will be required to attend the health fairs, charting, supervise
CNA staff and work over the caseload for both NC and SC Home Care
