A company is looking for a Medical Claims Resolution
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of healthcare claims to maximize savings
opportunities
Contact healthcare providers to negotiate discounts and savings on
behalf of payor/client
Handle post claim closure service inquiries and defend negotiation
terms
Required Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
6 months experience within the healthcare industry
Knowledge of applicable laws and statutes for positions focusing on
Workers' Compensation or automobile medical bills is a plus
Knowledge of general office operations and/or experience with
standard medical insurance claim forms
Ability to work independently and handle confidential
information
