Company Overview: Interim HealthCare Inc is a prominent provider of in-home healthcare services, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients in their own residences.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health to deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, home-based nursing care to patients recovering from illnesses, injuries, or managing chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and aides in providing comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, document progress, and communicate any changes to the attending physician.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, therapies, dietary needs, and safety practices at home.
• Ensure that care goals are achieved and facilitate the discharge process from home health services.Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina or a compact multi-state license.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare settings.
  • Experience in Med/Surg or Critical Care/IV Therapy is advantageous.
