thrive.Occupational Health Nurse (RN) Second Shift - 32 Hour
Workweek - GEM-TH 3:30pm-12:00am and Friday 3:30pm -9:30pmThe
Occupational Health Nurse (RN) position is responsible for
delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by:Utilizing strong
organizational and leadership skills to assess patient
statusImplementing clinical nursing interventionsHaving a highly
diverse medical skillsetDeveloping and performing patient care
plans to enhance and improve outcomesEnsuring a safe and
therapeutic environmentEssential Functions:Collect vital signs,
administer IV medications, understand charting, and assess patient
conditionServes as a team player to provide appropriate wound
service coverage in the centerEvaluates, updates and revises the
plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected
outcomesAdminister medications in a safe manner consistent with the
State of Practice and the organizations policies and
proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation:Graduate of an
accredited Nursing ProgramLicensure/Certification:Current state
licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS)
American Heart AssociationOccupational Health Nurse Certification
(preferred, not required)Experience:3 years of experience working
in acute care of adults required.1 year of experience in
occupational medicine or emergency medicine required.Many of our
