  Patient Ratios : 4:1 typically-medical, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds

  Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend, can't commit to block scheduling; scheduling must meet the needs of the department.
  
  Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
  
  Certifications Required.
  
  ACLS before starting dateon hire
  
  BLS before starting dateon hire
  
  PALS before starting date on hire
  
  TNCC before starting date on hire
  
  CPI before starting dateon hire
  
  NIHSS before starting dateon hire
