  Work Settings: Adult Acute Care, ER, ICU, NICU, PICU, L&D
  **Floating REQ to different areas in the hospital. ex ED/ICU/CCU/Gen Med Floors
  Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes, same rate.
