Join our team as a Health Coach, supporting employees at BorgWarner in Arden, NC.Position Overview: We're seeking an RN with an active, unrestricted nursing license and experience in Coaching, Wellness, or Family Practice. Hospital-only experience is not preferred.Schedule

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMKey Responsibilities
  • Provide expert input on complex Nurse Case Management projects.
  • Guide and support junior professionals.
  • Conduct telephone triage to assess member needs and provide health information for informed decision-making.
  • Perform thorough symptom assessments using established criteria and protocols.
  • Utilize software, written materials, online resources, and nursing expertise to provide appropriate medical guidance.
  • Operate independently, requiring minimal technical support.
  • Exercise professional judgment in adapting both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
