Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Med/Surg RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Pay Information
$1,747 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse

Float required to all Medical Surgical and Medical
Surgical/Telemetry units - Orientation hours: 13 Description:
Minimum experience required is 1 year. First timers are accepted.
Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. Must float to all
Medical Surgical and Medical Surgical/Telemetry units within the
hospital. Patient ratio is 1:5-6. Unit systems include Epic, Pyxis,
and SBAR. Scrub color required is navy blue. Every other weekend is
expected, averaging 6 weekends in a 13-week contract. Floating to a
sister campus may be required, located approximately 3 miles away.
No call requirements are expected. If one major holiday occurs
during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
If two major holidays occur during the assignment period, the
traveler is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays
occur during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to
work two of the holidays. Major holidays to consider include
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black
Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's
Day. Full compliance with required documents is necessary to start
on time. If not compliant in time, timing may be pushed back by 2
weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Candidates may be
required to complete labs within 48 hours of signing the contract.
Two supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of
submission, with manager or above required. If one or two major
holidays occur during the assignment period, travelers are expected
to be available to work those holiday shifts. No holiday requests
can be made. One holiday request can be reviewed for approval if
three major holidays occur during the assignment period.
