Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for
a night shift Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring ACLS,
BLS, NIHSS, and EPIC EMR experience. Responsibilities - Work in a
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with stepdown and ICU-level patient
population - Night shift schedule, 4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to
07:30 - Weekend coverage is required - Option for a 36 or 48 hour
per week contract - Required to float to other units or campuses
within the health system as qualified and needed - Uses Epic EMR
for all charting and documentation, minimum 1 year of experience
required - Will be responsible for caring for patients at a
progressive care/stepdown acuity - Required to complete
pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of receiving
access information - Orientation occurs every Monday - Up to 16
hours may be allotted for completion of training modules before
start - Two references required for consideration Requirements -
Active SC or compact RN license - American Heart Association ACLS,
BLS, and NIHSS certifications required - Minimum of 2 years recent
experience in a Progressive Care or ICU setting - At least 1 year
of experience working with Epic EMR - Must live at least 50 miles
from the facility for night shift consideration; under 50 miles is
