Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced
MRI Technologist skilled in acute care and Epic EMR for evening
shifts, with ARRT MR and BLS certifications required.
Responsibilities - Work in a hospital MRI department serving adult
acute care, ICU, outpatient, and ER/trauma patients - Evening shift
schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, five days a week - Call required
on nights and weekends - Floating to qualified units or other
campuses may be required based on census needs - Epic EMR is used,
and prior experience is required - Responsibilities include
performing MRI scans for diverse adult patient populations in acute
and emergency clinical settings - Pre-assignment training modules
must be completed before starting; modules are billable up to 16
hours - Orientation sessions are held every Monday - Candidates
must demonstrate competency for all tasks when floating to other
units - Radius rules apply for travel eligibility; candidates under
50 miles from designated hospitals are not eligible - Two recent
professional references are required for consideration Requirements
- Current ARRT MR certification and BLS required - Minimum 1 year
of experience in MRI, including adult acute care, ICU, outpatient,
and ER/trauma settings - At least 1 year of experience with Epic
EMR - First-time travelers are not eligible for this position -
Travelers must live at least 50 miles from certain applicable
flagship hospitals to be eligible for consideration - License
