Job Description We are seeking a dedicated/nand experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family/nMedicine team as a floating provider. This role will support patient care/nacross multiple outpatient family medicine sites in Abbeville, Greenwood,/nLaurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. The ideal candidate/nwill be passionate about patient-centered care, preventive health, and chronic/ndisease management, while building strong, trusting relationships with patients/nand their families. /n/n /n/n Key Responsibilities: /n/n - Provide comprehensive/nprimary care services to patients across the lifespan. - Travel regularly to assigned/nfamily medicine sites within the designated counties: Abbeville, Greenwood,/nLaurens, McCormick, and Saluda, SC - Deliver high-quality,/nevidence-based care with an emphasis on wellness, prevention, and chronic/ncondition management. - Collaborate effectively with/nphysicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care. - Educate patients and/nfamilies about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance. - Document patient encounters/naccurately and timely in the electronic health record system. /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Compensation & Benefits: /n/n - Starting Salary: $100,000 - Medical, dental, and vision/ninsurance - Paid time off and holidays - Retirement plan options - Continuing education support - Mileage reimbursement for/ntravel between sites /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Requirements: /n/n - Graduate of an accredited/nAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner program or Physician/nAssistant program. - Minimum of 2 years of/nexperience in a primary care or family medicine setting required. - Active and unrestricted/nSouth Carolina medical license. - Certified or eligible for/ncertification in area of specialty (FNP, PA-C). /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Join a mission-driven team/nthat values collaboration, compassion, and community health.
