Radiologist Job Details Position Type: Locum tenens radiologist (contract/travel) Location: On-site at a hospital in Greenville, SC (Zip: 29601) – South Carolina healthcare jobs Duration: 13-week radiology contract Start Date: December 15, 2025 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour days) Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Pay: $11,660 – $12,500 Daily Volume: 90-100 wRVUs per 8-hour shift Imaging Modalities: X-ray (XR), CT, MRI (MR), Ultrasound (US), Nuclear Medicine (NM), Fluoroscopy Systems Used: EPIC EMR, CHANGEPACS, PowerScribe dictation Radiologist Qualifications Board Certification in Radiology (required for all radiologist jobs) Active South Carolina medical license (required for South Carolina radiology jobs) DEA Registration (required) Clean malpractice history (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital-based radiology Ability to cover fluoroscopy cases (open to any radiology specialty) Radiologist Responsibilities Interpret and report on a wide range of diagnostic imaging modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy Provide on-site radiology coverage for fluoroscopy procedures Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in diagnostic imaging Collaborate with hospital staff and referring physicians to ensure optimal patient care Utilize EPIC, CHANGEPACS, and PowerScribe for clinical documentation and reporting Manage a daily volume of 90-100 wRVUs in a fast-paced hospital environment Apply now to join our healthcare team in Greenville, SC, and take the next step in your radiology career with this outstanding locum tenens opportunity!
