Job Summary Paragon Skin Surgery – Expanding to Meet Regional Demand https://paragonskinsurgery.com/ Position Overview We are hiring a board-certified or board-eligible General Dermatologist or Dermatopathologist interested in clinical work for a full-time position, with flexibility for a 3-5 day work week. This role offers a mix of medical, cosmetic, and procedural dermatology, with the opportunity for a dermatopathologist to incorporate both clinical and dermpath work. You’ll work in a modern facility equipped with advanced technology, including ModMed EMA for EMR, Lumenis Lasers, in-house pathology lab with IHC staining, and regenerative medicine capabilities.Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive dermatology care, including medical, cosmetic, and procedural services. - Collaborate with our Mohs surgeon and PA team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. - For dermatopathologists: Perform clinical duties alongside dermpath responsibilities, leveraging in-house IHC staining. - Maintain high patient satisfaction, aligning with our 5-star reputation. - Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities, especially for new graduates.
