Monitor and assess patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and discharge instructions. Accurately document patient care and clinical observations in electronic health records. Respond promptly to changes in patient status, including emergency interventions. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid North Carolina/Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Progressive Care Unit. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
