Job Description:
Community demand is driving the recruitment of permanent general
and advanced Gastroenterologists to join a large, physician-led,
private-equity-free multispecialty group in Upstate South Carolina.
The GI team includes 5 physicians and 9 dedicated APPs. This is a
practice intentionally built for long-term success. Practice: •
Each physician supported by 2 clinic APPs, 1 consult service APP, a
scribe, nurse, and scheduler • Epic with Abridge AI dictation •
True growth position incoming physicians will absorb a backlog of
patients • Collaborative subspecialty network: colorectal,
hepatology, oncology, pathology, radiology, surgical oncology,
liver transplant, and bariatrics • Daily procedures | Brand-new
equipment refresh coming soon with AI integration and Provation
software • 4.5-day workweek | Call 1:5 at a single hospital (moving
to 1:7 with growth) | APPs take first call, making call extremely
light • Procedures supported: ERCP, EUS, biliary stents, double
balloon enteroscopy, RFA/HALO, EndoFLIP, capsule endoscopy (3
types, including AI), hydrogen breath testing, pH monitoring,
esophageal manometry and dilation, and more Benefits: • $650K base
salary plus productivity (no cap) • 2 year partnership track; all
