Job Description We are seeking a dedicated experienced Physician
Assistant that specializes in Oncology to assist with locum
coverage needs at a facility in Greenville, SC. About the Role
Setting : Free Standing Cancer Center (Inpatient & Outpatient)
Dates of Coverage: February 2026 - September 2026 ( Flexible)
Shifts/ Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm Call Schedule:
First call for patient phone calls and hospital phone calls;
Tuesday 4:30pm-8:00 am, Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:00am. (On site
inpatient rounding Saturday & Sunday) Call Ratio: One rotation
every 5-6 weeks, dependent upon staffing Patient Population: Adult,
Geriatric (No PEDS) EMR: Epic Responsibilities / Job Details
Management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests,
Orders Images, Prescribes Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse
Oncologist What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %,
Oncology %, Internal Medicine %: 65% benign hematology, 35%
malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine Number of Physicians in
Practice: 8 How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 4 Average Number of
Patients Per Day: OUTPATIENT:15 Average Number of Patients Per Day:
HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20 Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient
Setting & Oncology - Inpatient Setting Requirements Must have
Active SC License Must be Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
Must have BLS Certification Must have DEA At least 1 year of
experience in Oncology (No New Grads) Compensation Package Pay
Rate: $95 per hour - 1.5 for Overtime & 1.5 for all Holidays Travel
& Lodging Expenses Covered If Candidate Is Not Local Milage
