RN in Franklin, North Carolina, 28734! Job Opportunity – ICU/Step
Down Registered Nurse – Western North Carolina Start Date: December
7, 2025 Location: Franklin, North Carolina Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants. Ask about available sign-on or
relocation bonus! Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Every
other weekend minimum. Patient ratios: ICU/Step Down 4:1, Med Surg
6:1 (occasionally 7:1). Highlights: Brand new, state-of-the-art
30-bed critical access hospital now open Modern facility featuring
three ORs, dedicated endoscopy and radiology spaces, 17-bed
emergency department with two trauma bays ICU and Step
Down/Progressive Care setting with typical procedures including
thoracentesis, vents, A-lines, central lines, and dressing changes
Cerner EMR system May float to Emergency Department as needed Joint
Commission-designated Acute Stroke Ready hospital with multiple
clinical recognitions Requirements: Active North Carolina RN
license or multistate compact license ICU or Step Down/Progressive
Care experience required At least one prior travel assignment
Current ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS certifications Strong teamwork skills
