Job Description Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technologist (CST) We
are seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support
complex cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced operating room
environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during
cardiovascular and open-heart procedures (CABG, valve replacements,
etc.) Maintain strict sterile technique and prepare CVOR
instruments, supplies, and equipment Anticipate surgeon's needs and
support the surgical team during high-acuity cases Ensure
compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Participate in call coverage as required Important Requirements
(Must-Have): Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required Active
NBSTSA certification AHA BLS certification required Minimum 2 years
of CVOR experience Level 1 Trauma experience required Ability to
work 4×10-day shifts Call required: At least 2 days per week and
1–2 weekends every 6 weeks (based on facility needs)
