Job Description:

manage patient care in a holistic manner, across the Southeast,
using tailored treatment plans that respect the patients and
family's wishes, ensuring peace and enhancing the quality of life
in their final days. Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive
nursing care according to the individualized needs of the patient
Monitor patient health condition, record symptoms and medical
histories, and communicate with doctors and healthcare
professionals Administer medications and treatments effectively and
safely, following all prescribed protocols Educate families and
caregivers on end-of-life care and support techniques Maintain
accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and
other regulatory bodies Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to
provide continuity of care Emphasize the dignity and comfort of the
patient, ensuring quality service is provided Strong clinical
skills in a hospice care setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of
a team Deep understanding of end-of-life care processes and patient
needs Emotional resilience and stability to cope with human
suffering and frequent deaths Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN)
license Certification in hospice and palliative nursing (CHPN)
