Agape Care Group, a leader in hospice and palliative care in the Southeast, is seeking a Director of Operations to guide our committed team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our mission to provide compassionate, personalized care that upholds dignity and comfort for our patients. The Director of Operations will lead strategic planning and day-to-day management, ensuring the highest levels of care quality and operational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare management, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered service delivery. Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and organizational policies Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in line with organizational needs and financial directives Lead, mentor, and support a multi-disciplinary team to foster a culture of excellence and compassion Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health care regulations and standards Collaborate with senior management to set comprehensive goals for organizational growth and success Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Leadership and team management Strategic planning and organization Expertise in healthcare administration and regulatory environments Budget management and resource allocation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred, not required Familiarity with healthcare accreditation systems and certifications
