Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to join
our team, where we provide exceptional hospice and palliative care
throughout the Southeast. In this role, you will oversee clinical
operations and ensure that our services adhere to the highest
standards of comfort and dignity. You will use your leadership
skills to manage, inspire, and guide a team of healthcare
professionals, ensuring the delivery of personalized patient
support. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about
making an impactful difference in the lives of patients and their
families during their most significant moments. Manage and oversee
the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff, ensuring
compliance with all regulations and standards. Develop and
implement policies and practices that enhance patient care quality
and efficiency. Provide training, supervision, and evaluation of
staff performance, promoting a culture of high performance and
continuous improvement. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Ensure patient care is provided with the utmost compassion,
respecting patient and family's personal and cultural preferences.
Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient
management and satisfaction. Manage the budget, resources, and
staffing of the clinical department efficiently. Maintain
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing
personal networks. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Deep knowledge of
industry regulations and standards Ability to make critical
decisions under pressure Proficient in healthcare management
systems and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license Certification in
healthcare management (e.g., CPHM) preferred
