Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,325 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) RN – Asheville, North Carolina Start Date: November 24, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Must work 3 weekends within a 6-week schedule; self-scheduling available Highlights: 9-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 in PICU; 1:2 to 1:3 in stepdown Work at a Magnet-designated facility recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals and awarded an "A" Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade Part of the region's only children's hospital, supporting a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center Utilize Cerner documentation system and Alaris pumps Self-scheduling flexibility with experienced, tenured team members Perform advanced procedures including hemodynamic monitoring, central line care, ICP monitoring, and ventilator management Requirements: Active RN license Minimum 1 year of PICU nursing experience Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required Experience with IV starts, catheterization, central line dressing changes, trach care, tube feeding, and ventilator management Willingness to float to Pediatrics and NICU as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in an award-winning, Magnet-designated facility that is nationally recognized for clinical excellence and patient safety.
