for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel RN
position. This Divisional Registered Nurse will support our
Shooting Stars Division in South Carolina providing home health
services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis. This
full-time position requires availability during the day, with a
Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, holidays, or on-call
is required. Position assignments are based on divisional need and
could be in any of the following offices and their service areas:
Columbia Visits (Richland and Lexington counties) Greenville Visits
(Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg and Pickens counties) Rock Hill
Visits (Lancaster, York and Chester counties) Up to $91,000 annual
pay, depending upon qualifications. One year prior clinical
experience as a licensed RN is required. Home health visits and

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Follow a designated care
plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients
in designated geographic territories Perform assigned duties,
including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and
procedures Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to
Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and
properly document doctors' orders Perform client assessments as
necessary Case management and coordination Accurately document
observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client
care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art
touch pad tablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A
current license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina A minimum
of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical)
experience. Experience with OASIS and Medicare home health visits
required. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing
program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. Ability to
work independently and manage time effectively. Strong
interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with
electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to
