Nurse – Oncology/Women's Surgical – North Carolina Start Date:
December 7, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day and night
shift opportunities available; 12-hour shifts with rotating
weekends (6 weekend days per schedule period). Patient ratios of
1:4 or 1:5. Rare on-call requirements. Highlights: 24-bed specialty
unit focused on oncology and women's surgical care Work within a
Magnet-designated facility and nationally recognized Level II
trauma center Utilize Cerner EMR in a well-equipped, modern unit
environment Minimal floating required; staff primarily remains on
home unit Supportive team environment with dedicated Charge Nurse,
CNAs, and Health Unit Coordinator on each shift Opportunity to work
with a comprehensive range of procedures including oncology care
and surgical recovery Requirements: Active RN license in North
Carolina or eligibility for compact state licensure Current BLS
(Basic Life Support) certification required Chemotherapy
certification preferred and highly desirable Medical-surgical
experience strongly preferred Team-oriented mindset with
