Job Description Physician Psychiatrist Franklin CBOC - Franklin, North Carolina. Current Staffing: FCBOC: Outpatient, 4 PACT teams, 3,966 enrolled currently, tele-health, optometry, lab, mental health and physical therapy, reports to Medical Director. Highlights of this position include: Potential starting base salary: $260,000 - $270,000. Compressed Tour of Duty. No on call or weekend shifts. Medical personnel have statutory immunity from individual malpractice liability while acting within the scope of employment; a VA physician cannot be sued in civil court for a malpractice (tort) claim.
