Surgical / Telemetry RN – Georgia Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 36 or 48 hour guaranteed weekly
shifts; 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio; every other weekend required
Highlights: Medical Surgical unit with remote telemetry monitoring
38-bed unit with average daily census of 33 patients Patient
population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Epic EMR
required; experience with Pyxis and SBAR communication
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams,
respiratory services, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
Floating to similar units as needed; no call required Requirements:
Current RN license (Georgia or Compact state license required at
time of submission) Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical or Telemetry
experience; first-time travelers accepted BLS certification
required Epic charting system experience required Experience with
1:6 patient ratios Skills required: remote telemetry monitoring,
blood product administration, IV management, wound care, isolation
precautions, PCA pumps, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, and feeding tube
management Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly
