Telemetry RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job Opportunity –
Telemetry RN – Georgia Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location:
Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend required;
no call Highlights: Telemetry unit specializing in cardiac care
including CHF, MI/chest pain, dysrhythmias, and post-cardiac
procedures Patient ratios of 1:4-5 in a 16-room telemetry unit
caring for adult to geriatric populations Epic EMR system required;
unit also utilizes Pyxis and SBAR documentation Interdisciplinary
support from IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services,
pharmacy, and rapid response teams Floating required to other units
as needed; local candidates accepted at same rate First-time
travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact RN license (must be in hand
at time of application) Minimum 2 years of RN experience;
first-time travelers accepted Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke
Scale certifications required Epic charting system experience
required Proficiency managing cardiac and vasoactive drips without
titration (milrinone, dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem, lidocaine,
bumex, heparin) Experience with telemetry monitoring and
interpretation of dysrhythmias Skills including central line
management, PCA pumps, ventilated patients, wound care, and
phlebotomy Two supervisory references (manager level or above)
highly preferred at time of submission Flu vaccine required
(medical/religious exemptions only) Full compliance required prior
to start date; late compliance may delay start by 2 weeks Why It's
