Providers will need to take calls and may need to work weekends. Call: Optional in-house call Support Staff/Supervision: 1 Anesthesiologists:3 CRNA or 1 Anesthesiologists:4 CRNA Case Mix: cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery, TAVR, CABG, MitraClip Care Team Model: Yes, mainly supervisory, but Anesthesiologists can work their own cases if preferred.
