Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Ability to assess,
plan, and implement direct clinical care Description: The IMCU /
PCU / Stepdown Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for
assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role involves
supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The
role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer
to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities include ensuring the competency of clinical staff
and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
