telemetry monitoring and managing patient care in cardiac settings
Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in
Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum
of 2 years of experience in a telemetry setting. The patient
population includes adults to geriatrics with a variety of cardiac
diagnoses. This role involves monitoring patients for dysrhythmias,
heart failure, myocardial infarction, and other conditions. Nurses
will need to demonstrate proficiency in the use of telemetry
equipment and interpret dysrhythmias accurately. Candidates must be
proficient in managing IVs, blood product administration, and
central line care. Additional responsibilities include
collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient
education. Nurses are expected to float within the facility as
needed and work weekends and holidays as assigned. Full compliance
with necessary documentation and training is required to ensure
