Director (RN), Urgent Care Schedule: Full time, may include

of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing
work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring,
terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and

Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: - To perform this

Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards
consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical
requirements/objectives of the organization. - Directs and
evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery,
information technologies, service level determination, and
complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control
objectives. - Plans and monitors staffing activities, including
hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing
education initiatives. - Prepares, monitors, and evaluates
departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in
compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs
internal/external audits. - Creates and fosters an environment that
encourages professional growth and integrates evidence-based

Excellence. What we‘re looking for Applicants should have a current
Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a
compact state. Additional requirements include: - American Heart
Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required
within 30 days of hire. - AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six
months of hire. - Bachelors degree preferred, Associates degree
required. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of
education. - Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment
and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to
work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
