Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night
shifts (18:45 - 07:15), 36 hours per week, every other weekend
required (minimum 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) Highlights:
High-volume Birthing Care Unit averaging 20 births per 24 hours
with 40 daily visits and 30-40 admits Fast-paced, high-acuity
environment serving obstetrical patients at 16 weeks and greater
for intrapartum, high-risk antepartum, and postpartum care 2:1
patient ratios with comprehensive triage unit for screening and
outpatient procedures Epic EMR, 24 hours orientation, scrubs
provided Contract lengths available: 13-26 weeks with limited
pre-approved time off options Float requirement as needed to
Special Maternity Care high-risk OB unit Requirements: Minimum 2
years Labor & Delivery experience required; 3 years preferred
Experience in high-volume facility with over 300 births per month
Comfortable working in large, high-volume settings; first-time
travelers accepted with appropriate experience BCLS, AWHONN
Intermediate (or C-EFM certification), and NRP certifications
required Skills required: Circulate for C-sections, sterile vaginal
exams, competent in immediate newborn care, triage of obstetrical
patients, IV starts and maintenance Epic charting experience
required NC or Compact license required at time of start Flu
vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a
