Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,638 to $1,832 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title RN - Surgical ICU - NSICU City/State: Asheville, North Carolina Shift: 18:45-07:15, Nights Contract Length: 182 days Start Date: 01/09/2026 Job Description: The RN in the Surgical ICU will be responsible for providing intensive care to neurology patients, including those post thrombectomy and TPA procedures. Care includes handling CRRT, bedside EVD, and A-line monitoring under the facility's guidelines. Responsibilities: Care of Neurology post thrombectomy and TPA patients. Caring for post Neurosurgery patients. Requirements: ACLS and BLS certifications. ICU experience. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part III
