Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,877 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Telemetry RN – Georgia Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week; every other weekend; floating within facility as needed Highlights: Progressive telemetry unit caring for adult to geriatric patients with cardiac and acute medical conditions Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5 in a 16-room unit Comprehensive case mix including CHF, MI/chest pain, dysrhythmias, post-cardiac procedures, and more Epic EMR system required; experience with Pyxis and SBAR communication Strong interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams Up to 7 days of requested time off available; spring break blackout dates apply Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact State RN license required at time of application Minimum 2 years of telemetry or step-down nursing experience; first-time travelers accepted Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required Epic charting system experience required Proficiency in cardiac telemetry interpretation and dysrhythmia management Experience managing cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration including milrinone, dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem, lidocaine, and heparin protocols Competency in pre/post cardiac cath and cardiac surgery care, IV insulin protocols, ventilated patient care, and wound management Two supervisory references from manager level or above required at time of submission Flu vaccine required; medical or religious exemptions only Why It's a Great Opportunity: This telemetry position offers the chance to work with a diverse patient population in a well-supported acute care environment.
