working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Charlotte,
North Carolina, 28210! Job Title: RN - PCU Profession: RN

Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 18 months of PCU experience
License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Must-Have: Experience with patients with COPD, pulmonary diseases,
heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, renal failure, and sepsis.
Experience with tracheostomies requiring mechanical ventilation,
continuous BIPAP/CPAP, and high flow nasal cannula. Ability to
manage hypothermia regulation and titratable IV drips. Experience
with temporary/transvenous pacemaker, cardiac drip experience,
cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, trach care, blood
products, and wound care/dressing changes. Description: This
position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care
Unit. The RN will work on a 36-bed unit with an average patient
census of 36. Typical patient types include those with respiratory
and cardiac issues, as well as renal failure and sepsis. Patient
ratios are RN: 1:3-4 and CNA: 1:9. Support staff includes a CNA for
patient care, virtual nursing support for admission and discharge,
and a dedicated pharmacy team. Floating may be required within the
region and scope of practice. There is no remote telemonitoring.
Experience with interventions for complex patient needs is
