Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract) We're
hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week
contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($2169 - $2284

high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit. Monitor and
assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care
plans. Participate in continuous professional development and
training opportunities. Contribute to achieving departmental
targets and performance metrics. Educate patients and families on
health management and recovery processes. Document patient care
activities and outcomes accurately and timely. Utilize
evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality. Manage
patient care assignments effectively to meet unit goals. Adhere to
safety and infection control protocols at all times. Engage in
performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and
communication. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in
North Carolina with PCU experience preferred. Commitment to
continuous professional development and training. Proven ability to
monitor and assess patient conditions effectively. Knowledge of
evidence-based practices in patient care. Understanding of safety
and infection control protocols. Experience collaborating with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Strong documentation skills for
patient care activities. Ability to manage patient care assignments
effectively. Ability to educate patients and families on health
management. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations for
