Description: The RN Clinical Agency Nurse is a proactive member of
an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
They ensure that patients, families, and significant others receive
individualized high-quality, safe patient care. This role involves
practicing in a clinical environment administered by Nurse Managers
and other leaders. Support is provided through a shared governance
model. The practice framework is guided by a professional practice
model and evidence-based practices. The nurse will uphold the
standards of nursing as outlined by the state nurse practice act.
They will implement the scope of practice and ethical standards set
forth by a recognized nursing association. As part of the patient
services team, the nurse will prioritize the voice of the patient
while following system policies. The core responsibilities include

process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes
identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Utilize
evidence-based practice in clinical care, applying analytical and

population-specific characteristics. Collaborate with patients and
significant others using appropriate methods for updates on care

care in a timely manner and promote a respectful, inclusive work
