I started Tristar with one goal: deliver real rehab with real people , built on individualized care, education, and best-in-class outcomes. Since opening, weve grown quickly across East Tennessee, built an incredible team, and we consistently hear from patients that we are their solution. Now, were hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Weve helped tens of thousands of local residents, but well never value volume more than patient satisfaction and staff retention .
