Health to find a qualified CVU RN in Asheville, North Carolina,

position is responsible for providing nursing care in a
cardiovascular surgery setting. The candidate will work with a
small team, ensuring high-quality patient care. Experience in
critical care is required, with preoperative experience preferred.
The nursing staff is supported by a coordinator, secretary, and a
manager. Equipment includes monitoring systems and ultrasound
technology. Documentation is completed using an electronic health
record system. Scheduling is required Monday through Friday during
specified hours. On-call responsibilities include staying late 1-2
days per week. Floating within the scope of practice is expected.
The role involves patient care responsibilities including
large-bore IV starts, medication administration, and assisting with
procedures. Advanced skills such as ACLS are necessary for this
position. Candidates should have excellent communication skills for
