Job Description Job Description Live-In Caregiver Location: South Carolina Job Type: Full-Time | Live-In Position About the Position We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Live-In Caregiver to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to a senior client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building meaningful relationships and providing personalized support that allows seniors to remain safe and independent at home. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will reside in the clients home during your scheduled shifts, providing assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and safety supervision. Responsibilities Personal Care Assistance Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Mobility assistance and safe transfers Household Support Light housekeeping and laundry Meal planning and preparation Grocery shopping and errands (if needed) Companionship & Support Meaningful conversation and engagement Accompanying client to appointments Monitoring changes in condition and reporting concerns Schedule Live-in schedule (typically 24-hour shifts with designated sleep time and breaks) Private sleeping accommodations provided Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing) CNA certification preferred but not required Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation Ability to lift and assist clients safely
