In this role, you will assist in assessments, facilitate one-on-one therapies and social interactions, and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. If you are already a registered behavior technician (RBT) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist in intakes and assessments Implement individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications High School Diploma Current RBT credential (or able to obtain quickly) Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized
