In this role, you will work under the direction of our Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. Our focus is on utilizing advanced treatments to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. As a part of our team, you will help patients regain and enhance their physical capabilities through targeted exercises and therapies in our state-of-the-art facilities. Assist Physical Therapists in developing treatment plans. Implement selected components of patient care, intervene as appropriate. Educate and train patients in exercises and daily living activities effective for their recovery. Document patient's progress and communicate effectively with the rest of the healthcare team. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and techniques Knowledge of healthcare safety and hygiene standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR certified as per local law regulations
