Job Description:

At Agape Care Group, we are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized end-of-life care to our patients within their homes or at our facilities. Our RNs play a pivotal role in implementing and overseeing the nursing care plans for patients in hospice and palliative care settings, tapping into our deep-rooted commitment to respect, dignity, and comfort. Assess patient conditions during regular visits, updating care plans as required. Manage symptoms and administer medications to alleviate pain and other terminal symptoms. Educate patients and their families on care processes, ensuring emotional support and understanding. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care that aligns with patient needs and preferences. Monitor and document treatment progress and patient status, adjusting care plans in consultation with doctors and family members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of compassion and professionalism in stressful situations Proficiency in symptom management and comfort care Expertise in developing and following patient-specific care plans Capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of work BLS certification CPR certification Preferred: Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) credential
