Job Description:

Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services across the Southeast. This role is instrumental in upholding our mission to deliver compassionate, personalized support to patients and their families in times of need, ensuring dignity and comfort at life's most critical junctures. As an RN with Agape Care Group, you’ll be an integral part of a caring team committed to making a significant, positive impact on patient lives daily. Assess patient conditions during regular visits and adjust care plans as needed. Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as prescribed. Record patients’ medical histories and symptoms, including observations made during direct patient care. Educate patients and families on end-of-life care and healthy living decisions. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care tailored to patient’s needs. Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented in documenting patient care and adhering to regulatory requirements. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS certification preferred.
