Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, delivering outstanding hospice and palliative care throughout the Southeast. This role involves providing end-of-life care to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and peace, supporting both patients and their families in navigating through life's most challenging moments. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive environment that aligns with our mission of enhancing quality of life through personalized healthcare. Provide direct patient care to hospice and palliative care patients. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Support patient and their families emotionally and educate them on care processes. Maintain accurate patient records and follow healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in the development and revision of care plans. Strong clinical skills in a hospice or palliative care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. Proficient in clinical documentation and healthcare software systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of practice. CPR certification. CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse) certification preferred.
