LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /Minimum Experience: - 1 year required - First-time travelers accepted Patient Population: - Adolescents to Geriatrics Required Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NIH Work Setting & Clinical Requirements: - No block scheduling - Mixed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and Intermediate/PCU patients - Small neuro population - Respiratory, cardiac, and mixed medical cases - Cardiac drip titration required - Telemetry monitoring required - Assignments may include: - All PCU - All MS/Tele - Or a mix of both based on patient acuity and staffing Staffing & Census: - Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–5 - Unit noted to have a high staffing ratio Unit Systems: - Epic - Pyxis - SBAR Dress Code: - Navy Blue scrubs Scheduling & Time Off: - Maximum RTO: 7 days - RTO Blackout Dates: April 4–12 (Spring Break) - Weekends: Every other weekend unless otherwise specified - Floating required within facility and scope of practice - Call: None Holiday Requirements: - 1 major holiday during assignment: work 1 - 2 major holidays: work both - 3 major holidays: work 2 Major Holidays Include: - Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving/Black Friday - Christmas Eve/Christmas Day - New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day PJ -HC (3145894) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
