patient experiences. Oversee clinical operations and patient flow
in the Labor and Delivery unit. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate
staff nurses to enhance professional development and ensure high
standards of care. Develop and implement policies for patient care
that comply with hospital regulations. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to advance patient care. Manage
resources efficiently while maintaining high levels of patient
care. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and
standards. Strong leadership skills Proficient in clinical and
administrative nursing practices Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations in
a calm and effective manner Experienced in data analysis and
clinical decision-making Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) with current
licensure BLS/ACLS certification Certification in Obstetric Nursing
(RNC-OB) preferred
