Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,719 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year; first timers accepted License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: HARD STOP: EPIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. The nurse will care for adult to geriatric patients. The role requires floating to all medical surgical and telemetry units within the facility. The patient ratio is 1:5-6. The unit utilizes Epic for charting, along with Pyxis and SBAR. Scrub color is navy blue. The nurse will be expected to work every other weekend, averaging 6 weekends in a 13-week contract. Floating to a nearby campus is required and is approximately 3 miles away. No call requirements are needed for this position. If a major holiday occurs during the assignment, the nurse is expected to work. The nurse must maintain full compliance to start on time. Two supervisory references are highly preferred. The nurse must be available to submit core items and complete any necessary labs promptly after signing the contract. No holiday requests can be made if one or two major holidays occur during the assignment. If three major holidays fall within the assignment, the nurse is expected to work two of them. All potential medical surgical diagnoses will be part of the patient population.
