Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Augusta, Georgia,

experience General skills related to renal medical surgical care
Description: Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Manage a patient caseload of 5-6 patients. Conduct assessments and
create care plans for patients. Administer medications and
treatments per physician orders. Document patient care and progress
in the electronic health record. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist with procedures
and provide post-operative care. Participate in rapid response and
code situations as needed. Provide education and support to
patients and their families. Adhere to infection control and safety
protocols. Maintain a calm and efficient environment during
high-stress situations. Floats within the facility may be required
based on staffing needs. Availability to work major holidays during
