1 year License: Active nursing license required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: 1 year of experience preferred,
first-time travelers accepted. Familiarity with Epic charting
system required. Ability to float to various units including MS,
Telemetry, and PCU specialties. Experience with patient ratios of
1:5-6 for MS, MS Tele, and 1:4-5 for PCU. Description: This
position requires providing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Daily responsibilities include managing a diverse patient
population with various medical conditions. Nurses will be expected
to float to different units within the hospital as needed.
Compliance with all facility requirements is mandatory to ensure a
timely start. Attendance on major holidays may be required based on
the assignment period. Travelers are expected to follow holiday
policies, with no requests for holiday time off allowed for major
holidays. Candidates must have the ability to submit documents and
fulfill compliance requirements promptly. Nurses will work in a
supportive environment with interdisciplinary teams available.
Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills, including
line management and telemetry experience. The environment
emphasizes teamwork and collaboration to provide high-quality
patient care. Maintaining effective communication with team members
and patients is essential. The ability to manage stressful
